Dear all,

 

Please see below for details of next Saturday's Yalda Celebration/Commemoration of Mowlana Rumi which will include a talk by Dr Shahrokh Vafadari on Yalda, the longest night of the year, followed by a talk by Dr Namdar Baghaei-Yazdi on Mowlana Rumi's Commemoration.  With poetry by Dr Manouchehr Javaher Kalam followed by an orchestral performance of the greatest Persian Classical songs (10 Iranian and classical instruments) with the Persian Classical vocalist, Dr Maziar Sadri.
