My friend who is from Talaghan told me a story as follows.

He said, back to 1348 when Majidi was the minister of Water and power, he came to Talaghan to open the new power plant which was providing Power for the households in Talaghan. The "Khadghoda" of Talaghan ask all the residences go to the Masjid and listen to Majidi's speech. Majdi was talking about the white revaluation ( If you are less than 30 years old ask about the white revolution from your father) he also was saying: I hope one day Talghan's Power will be like Tehran's power. Few second later, all Talaghis got up and left the Masjid. Majidi ask the Khadghoda : why people are leaving the masjid? Khadghoda said: since you wish Talghan's power be like Tehran's power, people are leavig  the Masjid to go  buy Candelas and "Gharg zanbouri" when the blackout coming to their houses.
