After voting, the IR Leader called on the Iranian nation to massively participate in the great national test and ignore rumors. Ayatollah Khamenei said the elections are symbol of active and enthusiastic presence of people in the political arena of a country, adding "As I see and hear, the people's activity and excitement in the elections is very high and it is because of participation of different candidates in the electoral campaign and awareness of the people." The IR Leader expressed hope the Iranian people pass another great test by their massive participation in the voting, and the best person to be elected as the head of the executive branch of the country for the next four years. The IRI leader reiterated that when people faithfully and enthusiastically participate in the election, God will certainly help them. Ayatollah Khamenei once more called on all the people to partake in the elections and go to the polling stations at the beginning of the day. The Leader also asked the Iranian nation to vote the person who is the best based on their own judge and do their duty from their own part in ruling the country. "It is a right and a religious duty of all the people," he added. Referring to enthusiastic participation of the people in the electoral campaign of their own candidate specially in the last days and nights, Ayatollah Khamenei said massive participation of the people in the arena led to no bitter accident and it showed high understanding of the people. The leader added security of the elections is very important issue and said elections have been held in Iran for 30 years with security due to the God's help and the people's understanding and intelligence. Ayatollah Khamenei asked the people to participate in the elections with calmness and said if some malignants and ill-wishers want to create tensions in the polling stations, the people should prevent them to achieve their aim by patience and dignity. Referring to sending some Short Message Services (SMSs), the Leader strongly rejected some SMSs which quoted some baseless remarks by his side and asked the people to ignore the rumors. Talking to reporters after casting his votes, the Supreme Leader expressed satisfaction over the participation of four candidates in the presidential elections. Ayatollah Khamenei underscored the need for massive turnouts in polling stations to thwart the enemies' conspiracies. The Supreme Leader also expressed satisfaction over the presence of the Iranian nation in all scenes, stressing that such a presence would indicate maturity of the people. Underlining the need for soundness and security of the elections, the Ayatollah said the people would not let the ill-wishers to create any tension.
