"Hijab martyr" >>>>>>>>>> <<<<<<<<<<
President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad described the fatal stabbing of an Egyptian woman in a German courtroom as another evidence for corruption of the German judiciary system and the United Nations. According to IRIB report, President Ahmadinejad described the tragedy as a measure to put minorities under pressure in the West. He said in a cabinet session that officials of the court and the German government should be held responsible for the racist violence against the Muslim lady. Slamming violation of civil rights by the German government, Ahmadinejad reiterated that the stance adopted by Germany and most western countries is similar to their stance towards murder of innocent Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip during the Zionist regime invasion. Referring to the armed attack to the Marwa's husband who tried to defend his wife, the President added while according to all international regulations defending people and their families is an acceptable norm, they told Marwa's husband why you want to defend your wife. At the other part of his remarks he condemned West's double standard policy toward the human rights issue and said when in Tehran based on a suspicious moves some people came to streets and destroyed public properties so-called advocates of human rights make hue and cry but when an innocent woman was murdered in a German court nobody reacted to the crime. President Ahmadinejad asked the United Nations Security Council to condemn and impose sanctions against Germany. Marwa Sherbini was stabbed to death in a courtroom by a German origin who had repeatedly insulted the young woman for wearing hijab in past.
"Muslim judges and lawyers, the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC), the International Conference of Muslim Prosecutors of the Islamic Countries, and Iran's Human Rights Committee should adopt serious measures over el-Sherbini's martyrdom," Ayatollah Shahroudi said, addressing a session of senior judiciary officials. Marwa el-Sherbini, dubbed as the "Hijab martyr," was killed in a courtroom in the eastern German city of Dresden in front of her 3-year-old son on July 1 by the unemployed Russian-born Axel M. as she gave evidence against him for insulting her. The judiciary chief further termed the killing "a legal disaster", and added, "All free justice departments and judges in the world should condemn the illegal act." He criticized the German court for its inaction in the face of the criminal act and for concealing the event for about 10 days. Axel M., 28, (whose full name cannot be publicized before the end of the legal proceedings under the German law), was in court appealing against an earlier court decision that had imposed a fine on him for having insulted Sherbini by calling her - among other things - a "terrorist." He was a neighbor of his victim. Sherbini's husband Elwi Ali Okaz came to her aid but was also stabbed by the neighbor and shot in the leg by a security guard who initially mistook him for the attacker. Ayatollah Shahroudi also underlined that a courtroom must be a safe place for both sides, adding, "The raison d'être for holding a court is defending the oppressed party, restoring the citizens' rights and providing security for them." The Only Solution to protect "Ummah Diginity" is "Unity": We muslims are busy bickering over whether to fold or unfold our hands during namaz, while the enemy is devising ways of cuting them off. "Roohullah Khomeini" Yes to Unity amongst muslims No to shia-sunni sectarianism & other tools of enemies & evils, which creates fitna amongst muslims |
